VO2MAX Trainiing

what is it?

Indoor and outdoor group fitness training which aims to increase your VO2 Max.


Each session is made up of:

  • 45-60 minutes
  • multiple cardio and labour event stations


Example events include:

  • Ski-erg
  • Indoor bike
  • Park run
  • Crunches
  • Deadlift
  • Overhead press
  • Power bar rows
  • Weighted squats
  • Overhead / front carry
  • Tyre flip


We will match you up with a partner before your first session. You will motivate each other to get through each event together!



When is it?


• Every Tuesday @ 7.45 - 8.30pm (Mixed session)

• Every Friday @ 10.45 - 11.30am

• Every Saturday @ 8 - 9am


Optional 30-minute road runs are included on:


  • Every Monday @ 7.30 - 8pm
  • Every Wednesday @ 7.45 – 8pm
  • Every Thursday @ 7.30- 8pm



Am I fit enough?


Max Out 60 is suitable for all fitness levels –your fitness goals are unique to you!



What is VO2 Max?

VO2 max measures how much oxygen your body uses while exercising – it’s a tool to understand your fitness level. The more oxygen you inhale, the more energy your body can use. Higher VO2 max usually means better physical fitness. 


Studies have shown that doing exercise that boosts your VO2 Max can:


✅helps lower the risk of heart disease, hypertension, and stroke

✅improve endurance and stamina

✅help to maintain a healthy weight and reduce body fat

✅improved cognitive function, memory, and overall brain health.
